  Hello. So today I have had the worst experience ever. An old lady with glasses that worked at GT gave me my 1st Timmy's brake down. So it's breakfast time and I asked for a cheese croissant and she said yes we have that and so I asked her to make it into breakfast croissant and she said SORRY we don't serve that here but when looking around other people are eating it and also making in there order. I looked up to see if it's in the Menu because I have made such an order before and i did see it up on the Menu. All i got was a stupid look from her face. Instead I payed for an extra coffee that I did not need and an experience I didn't want. So the next time you make a order all ways get your receipt so you don't get pushed around like how I did because of laziness to push a button. Peace.

  Everytime I order a French Vanilla from this location, it is always missing 1/4 of the drink. I forget to check or feel rushed to do so in the drive thru with other cars behind me. I get out on the hwy and go to drink it and this is when I find my disappointment. When ever I go into the restaurant to order, I am usually served eventually by someone who just happens to be passing by while 5 or 6 employees are rushing the drive thru. One employee had actually yelled over to the drive thru crowd asking for help and the repose was no. Growing up in Oakville and having the head office location and training centre right there I had the opportunity to see and witness how a true Tim Horton's is suppose to be run and what a difference, the lack in quality of product and especially customer service! I seriously hope there is some future effort to improve on both of these. If not, hopefully Starbucks can come to town and demonstrate and set the standard!
